Double Wall Dumpster Lids
PRT's double wall dumpster lid is engineered for the most demanding waste applications — industrial facilities, and any environment where standard lids fail in months.
What this page covers
Double wall lids are built from two HDPE skins bonded together with structural ribs in between. That construction makes them dramatically stiffer than single-skin lids — they don't flex under load, don't crack at center-fatigue points, and survive impact loads that destroy standard lids.

Specify the container size, type (PRT stocks double wall lids in common front load sizes, 36x41, 36x48, and 36x58).

Yes, PRT double wall lids are only available in front load container sizes, 36x41, 36x48, and 36x58.
Can double wall lids be repaired if they crack?
Minor surface damage can be polished, but structural damage (rib failure, delamination) usually means replacement. The good news is that structural failures are rare.
