Replacement rollers and wheels for roll-off containers — the heavy-duty steel wheels that ride on the truck's rails during loading and unloading. Fits 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-yard OEM containers.
The rollers on a roll-off container take direct load from the container as the container is dragged onto the truck. They cycle thousands of times per year, run loaded and unloaded, and operate in every weather condition. Roller wear is gradual — slight at first, dramatic after about 5,000-7,000 cycles — and eventually the roller can't carry the load smoothly anymore.
PRT stocks heavy-duty steel rollers for the major roll-off container brands. Most ship same day.
Identify roller dimensions (diameter and width), and compare to PRT's in stock industry standard sizes. The way that PRT does their item codes is diameter first, then width (example R.GRA.86 would have an 8" diameter wheel and 6" wide).
Replace rollers as a complete set rather than individually. Uneven roller wear causes container misalignment that damages the new rollers within months.
5,000-10,000 cycles in standard service. High-cycle commercial routes can wear rollers in 3-5 years; lower-cycle routes last 10+ years.
Complete set. Uneven wear causes container misalignment that damages new rollers within months. Replace all rollers at the same service interval.
Yes. PRT rollers use OEM-equivalent dimensions and mounting. Direct drop-in for most major brands.
